At Fenwick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
